I bring a fine blend of international business experience, cultural sensitivity and coaching excellence in our sessions. I believe that honesty, openness and care are fundamental for success in any area of life. To me, passion, fun and work are synonyms, and excellence is a conscious choice.

Life before Coaching

Grew up in Moscow, Russia. At 15, traveled outside the country for the first time to study in the US. Since then I have been interested in exploring international diversity. I have over 20 years of marketing business experience across cultures and industries. I am a loving mother of two bright young men, an adventurous traveler and appreciator of nature.

I have lived and worked in Russia and Europe (Netherlands, France, Germany) where I held a variety of international leadership positions in Marketing in the FMCG, Healthcare and technology sectors.

I have built and led high-performance teams and individuals, worked in partnership with executive peers, brainstormed with creative and engineering geniuses, dove deep into consumer insights and supported digital transformation projects, while raising my kids at the same time. During each step I stayed true to my values, transforming myself and the surrounding environment.

Using my former business and life experience I seamlessly connect with you, your challenges and opportunities.
